Me!
mdo design is just me, Mathew David O'Marah, an IT Manager by trade and Computer Studies degree graduate. I came to the Internet in its early days when I started my degree back in 1994 (Internet Explorer hadn't even been launched then) and setup my very first website in April 1995!

Since then I've had several jobs managing IT support from small 6 person companies to colleges with 6,000 users! And throughout those roles, including an excellent Web Design agency, I kept playing with the Internet developing my own sites, some for the companies I worked for and others for friends.

I started to find that small businesses found it difficult to get their foot on the cyber-property ladder with their first website. They didn't really understand it, who to talk to or how to do it and all too often when they spoke to someone they got scared away by the cost, the jargon, all the whizzy fancy stuff they didn't want or all of it.

So I have started to build a group of clients that I continue to work with in developing their sites, and you can see them under Our Work. This group is continuing to grow, with sites ranging from single page micro-sites to complete e-Commerce implementations I probably have the experience in whatever type of site you are looking for.
